“Talent can neither be created nor destroyed but can be transformed from one form to another.”

Your teacher or parents cannot destroy your talent by screaming at you. And neither can your Pastor give you talent by praying for you. You just have talent … it’s in you regardless of what happens outside of you.

Your talent can remain within you in a dormant form, doing nothing, we call that “potential.” Your potential to be great and to do great things. But that’s all it is “potential.”

And potential is useless until you decide to work, to hustle, to push, to grind and then you start transforming your dormant talent into active talent. You stop having the potential to be great and instead you become great!
