Breaking Bad: Fear Is The Real Enemy
I have never watched an episode of Breaking Bad … but please don’t kill me. I will watch it one day in Jesus name.
But I did Wikipedia it … to see what the excitement was all about.
The story from what I heard read is about a man (Walter White) who was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. And with nothing to lose he starts selling crystallized methamphetamine, in order to secure his family’s financial future before he dies.
The series captures his ups and down in the drug business while attempting to isolate his family from his nefarious drag activities. Anyway I stumbled upon this quote from the series by Walter White and it was one of those quotes that made you stop and think about life. And so I said I had to share it with others. The quote …
I have spent my whole life scared, frightened of things that could happen, might happen, might not happen, 50-years I spent like that. Finding myself awake at three in the morning.
But you know what? Ever since my diagnosis, I sleep just fine. What I came to realize is that fear, that’s the worst of it. That’s the real enemy.
So, get up, get out in the real world and you kick that bastard as hard you can right in the teeth.
- Walter White
So get up and get out and kick that bastard as hard you can right in the balls or teeth. Be awesome!
